Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Loyalty Cloud QA Engineer with strong experience in Salesforce testing, Loyalty Management, CRM processes, integrations, and end-to-end application testing. The candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test strategies for Salesforce Loyalty Cloud solutions and ensuring high-quality releases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing for Salesforce Loyalty Cloud.
  • Test Salesforce Loyalty Management features including loyalty programs, members, benefits, tiers, points, rewards, vouchers, promotions, and partner interactions.
  • Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, flows, Apex-based functionality, and business processes.
  • Create and execute test scenarios, test cases, test scripts, and test data.
  • Perform API and integration testing for Salesforce and external systems.
  • Validate REST/SOAP APIs using tools such as Postman.
  • Perform data validation between Salesforce and external applications.
  • Test integrations involving Salesforce Loyalty Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and external platforms.
  • Execute regression testing for Salesforce releases and enhancements.
  • Identify, document, track, and manage defects using Jira or similar tools.
  • Participate in SIT, UAT, regression, and production validation activities.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Business Analysts, Architects, and Product Owners.
  • Validate data migration and data synchronization scenarios.
  • Support automation initiatives and develop automated test scripts where applicable.
  • Analyze test results and provide quality/status reports to stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce QA / Testing.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Loyalty Management / Loyalty Cloud.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce CRM and platform functionality.
  • Experience testing Loyalty Programs, Loyalty Members, Points, Rewards, Tiers, Benefits, Promotions, and Vouchers.
  • Strong knowledge of functional and integration testing.
  • Experience with API testing using Postman.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP web services.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce data model and SOQL.
  • Experience with Jira or similar defect-management tools.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Good to Have

  • Salesforce Loyalty Management certification.
  • Salesforce Administrator or Platform certification.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, or Commerce Cloud.
  • Experience with Salesforce automation/testing tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
  • Knowledge of Apex and Salesforce Flows.
  • Experience with CI/CD and Salesforce deployment processes.
  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, travel, hospitality, or other loyalty/rewards-based domains.
