Job Title: Salesforce Agentforce QA Engineer
Experience: 6+ Years in Salesforce QA, with hands-on experience in AI/Agentforce testing preferred
Employment Type: Contract / Full-Time
Location: Remote(India)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Agentforce QA Engineer to validate AI-powered agents and Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Salesforce testing, functional testing, integration testing, and automation testing, along with an understanding of AI agent behavior and generative AI testing.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that Agentforce solutions meet business requirements, produce reliable responses, execute actions correctly, and comply with Salesforce security and data access requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for Salesforce Agentforce implementations.
  • Test Agentforce agents, topics, instructions, actions, and conversation flows.
  • Validate AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, consistency, and adherence to business rules.
  • Test custom Agentforce actions implemented using Apex, Flow Builder, and APIs.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.
  • Validate integrations between Agentforce and Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, and external systems.
  • Test Salesforce workflows, Flows, Apex-based functionality, and Lightning components.
  • Validate Agentforce access controls, permissions, data visibility, and security configurations.
  • Test exception handling, fallback responses, escalation to human agents, and error scenarios.
  • Evaluate AI responses for hallucinations, incorrect information, and unexpected behavior.
  • Test prompt variations, ambiguous user queries, and multi-turn conversations.
  • Perform API testing using tools such as Postman or similar platforms.
  • Identify, document, track, and retest defects using Jira or equivalent tools.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and solution architects to resolve issues.
  • Support UAT, release validation, and production defect investigation.

Required Technical Skills

  • Strong experience in Salesforce QA and testing.
  • Understanding of Salesforce Agentforce and AI-powered conversational workflows.
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce objects, workflows, Flows, and business processes.
  • Experience in functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
  • Understanding of REST APIs and experience with API testing tools.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and role hierarchies.
  • Experience in defect management and test documentation.
  • Familiarity with Jira, test management tools, and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Hands-on experience testing Salesforce Agentforce implementations.
  • Experience with Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, and Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Knowledge of AI testing techniques, including response quality, grounding, consistency, and safety validation.
  • Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or similar frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Apex testing and Salesforce deployment processes.
  • Experience testing AI agents that interact with CRM records and external systems.
