Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Agentforce Developer to design, develop, implement, and maintain AI-powered agents using Salesforce Agentforce. The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce development skills, experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), and knowledge of Salesforce's AI capabilities, automation, and integrations.

The candidate will work closely with solution architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to build intelligent AI-driven solutions that improve customer engagement and business process automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce.
  • Configure Agentforce topics, instructions, actions, and agent workflows.
  • Implement custom Agentforce actions using Apex, Flow Builder, and APIs.
  • Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and other Salesforce applications.
  • Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
  • Configure and optimize Salesforce Prompt Builder and Einstein AI capabilities.
  • Implement AI-driven automation for customer service, sales, and business operations.
  • Integrate Agentforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
  • Work with Salesforce Data Cloud to enable contextual and data-driven AI experiences.
  • Implement security, access controls, and data protection for AI-powered applications.
  • Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, deployments, and release management.
  • Follow Salesforce development best practices and governance standards.

Required Technical Skills

  • Strong experience in Salesforce platform development.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce and AI agent development.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Prompt Builder and Einstein AI.
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs, including REST and SOAP.
  • Experience with system integrations and external services.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce security, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD, and deployment methodologies.
  • Understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud and grounding AI responses in business data is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of testing, debugging, and performance optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
  • Salesforce AI Associate or relevant Agentforce certification.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • Experience implementing generative AI solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and large language model concepts.
