Technical Know-How: CC&B/ C2M 

We urgently require a persons to support client workshops. The individual will work alongside the Solution Architect, providing real-time assistance during workshop sessions. Key responsibilities include:
    Job Description:

    • Taking comprehensive and accurate workshop notes.
    • Supporting the Solution Architect by researching and responding to functional and technical questions from a development perspective.
    • Communicating effectively with client stakeholders; therefore, strong spoken and written English skills are mandatory.
    • Demonstrating the ability to understand business processes, analyse issues, and articulate findings clearly.
    • Assisting with investigation and troubleshooting activities, including identifying key details, performing root-cause analysis, and explaining investigation outcomes in a structured manner.

     Personal Skills:
     Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
    Should be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment.

    Should be able to pick any new technology, research it and implement it in a short time frame.
