Job Summary

SRIK Consulting is looking for an experienced Workday Integration Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Workday Studio, Workday Extend, and Workday Prism Analytics.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting complex Workday integrations with internal and third-party applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Workday Studio.
  • Develop complex inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and external systems.
  • Work with Workday Web Services, REST, SOAP, RaaS, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday APIs.
  • Develop and maintain custom applications and solutions using Workday Extend.
  • Design Extend applications, business processes, user interfaces, and custom functionality.
  • Work with Workday Prism Analytics for data ingestion, transformation, enrichment, and analytics use cases.
  • Develop Prism data pipelines and integrate data from Workday and external data sources.
  • Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and error handling.
  • Troubleshoot integration failures, data issues, and performance problems.
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and production validation.
  • Monitor integrations and provide production support.
  • Collaborate with Workday functional consultants, business stakeholders, developers, and third-party vendors.
  • Prepare technical specifications, integration mappings, design documents, and support documentation.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of Workday Integration experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio
  • Experience with Workday Extend
  • Experience with Workday Prism Analytics
  • Strong knowledge of EIB, RaaS, Core Connectors, Reports, and Workday APIs
  • Experience with REST / SOAP / XML / XSLT / XPath / JSON
  • Strong understanding of integration architecture, data transformation, and error handling
  • Experience with Workday HCM and related modules
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

  • Workday Integration certification
  • Experience with Workday HCM implementation and production support
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices
  • Experience working with global/multi-country Workday environments
