Employment Type: Contract / Freelancer

Duration Per day : 8 Hours

Contract Duration : 6 Months to extensiable.

Job Summary

SRIK Consulting is looking for an experienced Salesforce OmniStudio Developer with strong hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable solutions using OmniStudio and the Salesforce platform.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards, Salesforce APIs, and Lightning technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio.
  • Develop and maintain OmniScripts for guided user experiences and business processes.
  • Build and configure DataRaptors for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
  • Develop Integration Procedures for orchestrating complex data and integration requirements.
  • Design and develop FlexCards for contextual and reusable user interfaces.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration technologies.
  • Work with Salesforce objects, data models, security, and business processes.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Architects, Developers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
  • Troubleshoot performance, integration, and data-related issues.
  • Follow Salesforce and OmniStudio development best practices.
  • Prepare technical documentation and support production deployments.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of Salesforce development experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio
  • Experience with:
    • OmniScripts
    • DataRaptors
    • Integration Procedures
    • FlexCards
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform and data model.
  • Experience with Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integrations.
  • Good understanding of JSON, XML, and data transformation.
  • Experience with Salesforce security, profiles, permission sets, and sharing.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

  • Salesforce OmniStudio Developer certification.
  • Experience with Salesforce Industries / Communications Cloud / Vlocity.
  • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD and Salesforce DevOps tools.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Experience with large-scale Salesforce implementations.
