Role: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solution Consultant


We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solution Consultant to join our team and help design scalable, customer-centric marketing solutions using the Salesforce ecosystem.


🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Work with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
  • Design end-to-end solutions leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities.
  • Provide solution architecture and functional guidance across Marketing Cloud implementations.
  • Define customer journeys, segmentation, personalization, automation, and campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, business analysts, and project teams.
  • Conduct requirement workshops, solution presentations, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices, scalability, security, and integration standards.
  • Support solution estimation, documentation, technical design, and implementation activities.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the marketing ecosystem.


🔹 Required Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Strong experience in Marketing Cloud Engagement (SFMC).
  • Hands-on understanding of Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder, Content Builder, and Mobile Studio.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, segmentation, personalization, and customer journeys.
  • Experience with integrations between Marketing Cloud and other Salesforce/cloud platforms.
  • Good understanding of APIs, SQL, AMPscript, and Marketing Cloud data architecture.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, consulting, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.


🔹 Preferred

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications.
  • Experience working on enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
  • Experience in solution design, pre-sales, consulting, or customer-facing roles.
