Job Description


We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Health Cloud QA Engineer with strong expertise in Salesforce testing and healthcare domain applications. The candidate will be responsible for validating Salesforce Health Cloud functionality, integrations, workflows, and end-to-end business processes.


Key Responsibilities


  • Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing of Salesforce Health Cloud applications.
  • Test Health Cloud features, healthcare workflows, patient/member journeys, and care management processes.
  • Validate Salesforce configurations, custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, Flows, and Lightning components.
  • Perform API and integration testing for Salesforce and external healthcare systems.
  • Validate data flows using REST/SOAP APIs, Postman, and SQL.
  • Create and execute detailed test scenarios, test cases, test scripts, and test data.
  • Identify, document, track, and manage defects using tools such as Jira or similar platforms.
  • Perform regression testing for Salesforce releases and enhancements.
  • Validate data migration and data integrity across Salesforce and integrated systems.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Business Analysts, Architects, and Product Owners to resolve defects.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, defect triage, and release activities.


Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce QA / Testing.
  • Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud is required.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce CRM and Lightning Platform.
  • Experience with API testing using Postman.
  • Good knowledge of REST/SOAP, JSON, XML, and web services.
  • Experience with SQL/database validation.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing.
  • Experience testing Salesforce Flows, validation rules, workflows, and integrations.
  • Experience with Jira, Zephyr, Xray, or similar test management tools.
  • Strong understanding of STLC, SDLC, defect lifecycle, and Agile methodologies

Good to Have


  • Salesforce Health Cloud certification.
  • Healthcare domain experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Knowledge of healthcare integrations and patient/member data.
  • Experience with Salesforce automation and CI/CD testing.
