Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud Developer to design, develop, integrate, and maintain scalable customer data solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Salesforce Data Cloud solutions based on business and technical requirements.
  • Configure and work with Data Streams, Data Model Objects (DMOs), Data Lake Objects (DLOs), Data Spaces, and Data Graphs.
  • Develop data ingestion pipelines from Salesforce and external systems.
  • Configure data transformations, mappings, harmonization, and identity resolution.
  • Develop Calculated Insights and segmentation logic for customer analytics and activation.
  • Configure and manage Identity Resolution rules and reconciliation strategies.
  • Build and maintain data segments for marketing, sales, and service use cases.
  • Integrate Data Cloud with Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and external applications.
  • Work with APIs and integration technologies including REST APIs and event-based integrations.
  • Support activation of unified customer data to Salesforce and downstream systems.
  • Develop SQL queries and troubleshoot data quality, transformation, and integration issues.
  • Monitor data pipelines and resolve data ingestion and processing failures.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Architects, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Follow Salesforce development, security, governance, and deployment best practices.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of DMOs, DLOs, Data Streams, Data Spaces, Data Graphs, Identity Resolution, and Calculated Insights.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, APIs, data modeling, ETL, and data integration.
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration and development.
  • Knowledge of Marketing Cloud and customer-data activation is preferred.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Good to Have

  • Salesforce Data Cloud certification.
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft, Tableau, CRM Analytics, or AI/Agentforce.
  • Experience with large-scale customer data implementations.
  • Knowledge of privacy, consent, and data governance.
