Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) QA Engineer to join our team and support quality assurance activities across eCommerce applications and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  • Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing.
  • Validate SFCC storefront functionality, product catalog, pricing, promotions, carts, checkout, orders, payments, and customer journeys.
  • Test SFCC integrations with OMS, ERP, CRM, payment gateways, tax systems, shipping providers, and third-party applications.
  • Perform API testing using REST/SOAP and tools such as Postman.
  • Validate data flow between SFCC and external systems.
  • Execute cross-browser, responsive, and mobile testing.
  • Identify, document, track, and troubleshoot defects using tools such as Jira.
  • Work closely with developers, business analysts, product owners, and integration teams to resolve issues.
  • Support SIT, UAT, production validation, and release testing.
  • Perform regression testing following SFCC deployments and enhancements.
  • Validate batch jobs, data feeds, APIs, and integration workflows.
  • Contribute to test automation initiatives using tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC / Demandware).
  • Good understanding of eCommerce business processes and customer journeys.
  • Experience testing SFCC Storefront and backend integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, and web services.
  • Hands-on experience with Postman or similar API testing tools.
  • Experience with SQL/database validation.
  • Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
  • Experience with Jira and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Good understanding of defect lifecycle and QA processes.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Good to Have

  • Experience with SFCC OCAPI / SCAPI.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Order Management.
  • Experience with CI/CD and Git.
  • Exposure to SFCC automation testing.
  • Knowledge of payment, tax, shipping, and OMS integrations.
  • Salesforce Commerce Cloud certification is a plus.
