Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced CyberArk PAM Consultant to design, implement, configure, administer, and support CyberArk Privileged Access Management solutions.
The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM, Enterprise Password Vault (EPV), Privileged Session Management (PSM), Central Policy Manager (CPM), account discovery and onboarding, privileged account management, session monitoring, troubleshooting, and security controls. CyberArk's PAM administration curriculum specifically covers EPV, PSM, PTA, discovery/onboarding, session management, reporting, monitoring, backup/restore, disaster recovery, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
Implement, configure, administer, and support CyberArk PAM environments.
Manage privileged accounts, credentials, safes, access policies, and permissions.
Perform privileged account discovery, onboarding, reconciliation, and password rotation.
Configure and support CPM, PSM, PVWA, Vault/EPV and related PAM components.
Configure privileged session management, monitoring, recording, and access controls.
Develop and maintain CyberArk policies based on security and compliance requirements.
Configure platform-specific account management and password policies.
Troubleshoot CyberArk connectivity, authentication, password rotation, and session issues.
Support integrations with Active Directory, LDAP, databases, Windows/Linux servers, network devices, applications, and enterprise platforms.
Configure and troubleshoot PSM connections and privileged sessions.
Support onboarding of large numbers of privileged accounts through automated/discovery processes.
Monitor CyberArk health, alerts, logs, and operational events.
Perform backup, restore, disaster recovery, and environment maintenance activities.
Support CyberArk upgrades, patches, migrations, and environment enhancements.
Prepare operational documentation, architecture documents, runbooks, and knowledge-transfer materials.
Work with Security, IAM, Infrastructure, Cloud, DevOps, and Application teams.
Support security audits, compliance requirements, access reviews, and reporting.

CyberArk's current training and product material also covers SaaS-based PAM, Secrets Manager, Conjur, endpoint privilege, workforce identity, and machine/workload identities, making these useful complementary skills for senior CyberArk profiles.
Required Experience
5+ years of Information Security / IAM / PAM experience
3+ years of hands-on CyberArk experience
Strong experience in CyberArk PAM administration and implementation.
Hands-on experience with PVWA, CPM, PSM and Vault/EPV.
Strong understanding of privileged account lifecycle management.
Experience with account discovery, onboarding, password rotation, and reconciliation.
Good understanding of Windows/Linux and enterprise infrastructure.
Experience troubleshooting production CyberArk environments.
Strong understanding of security, least privilege, and access-control principles.
Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
CyberArk Certification
CyberArk certification is preferred, particularly PAM-focused certification. CyberArk's current Defender-PAM certification material validates administration and ongoing support skills for PAM solutions across self-hosted and SaaS environments.
