Role: Senior Oracle CPQ Developer
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle CPQ Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle CPQ Cloud (BigMachines) to design, develop, customize, integrate, and support enterprise Configure, Price, Quote solutions.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in CPQ Configuration, Commerce, Pricing, BML/BMQL, Document Designer, approval workflows, integrations, and CPQ administration, along with a strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and support enterprise Oracle CPQ Cloud solutions.
Develop complex Product Configuration models, Configuration Rules, Constraints, Recommendations, and Validation Rules.
Configure and customize Commerce processes, quote flows, approvals, workflows, and transaction processes.
Develop complex business logic using BML (BigMachines Language) and BMQL.
Configure pricing models, price matrices, discounting rules, pricing waterfalls, and approval mechanisms.
Design and maintain Document Designer / Document Engine, email templates, and quote documents.
Configure and manage Data Tables, Parts, Attributes, BOMs, File Manager, Utilities Libraries, and CPQ administration.
Develop and support integrations between Oracle CPQ and Salesforce CRM, Oracle ERP/Fusion, Order Management, and other enterprise applications.
Work with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSL/XSLT, JSON, and web services.
Develop and maintain JavaScript, CSS, and UI customizations where required.
Troubleshoot complex CPQ configuration, integration, pricing, and performance issues.
Perform technical design, development, unit testing, deployment, and production support.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development and CPQ best practices.
Support environment migration, release management, and deployment activities.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, QA teams, integration teams, and business stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable CPQ technical solutions.
Mentor junior CPQ developers and provide technical guidance to the development team.
Required Technical Skills
5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ Cloud / BigMachines.

Document Designer / Document Engine
Data Tables
BOM / Product Modeling
Strong experience with REST and SOAP web services.
Hands-on experience with XML, XSL/XSLT, JSON, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience integrating CPQ with Salesforce, Oracle ERP/Fusion, CRM, and other enterprise systems.
Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes.
Experience with CPQ environment management, migration, deployment, and production support.
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred / Good to Have
Oracle CPQ Cloud Implementation Certification.
Experience with Salesforce CRM integrations.
Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP / Order Management.
Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware platforms.
Experience with JET / Redwood UI customization.
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and release management.
Experience with subscription products and Asset-Based Ordering (ABO).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
Experience leading or mentoring CPQ development teams.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
