SRIK Consulting Hiring : Senior MuleSoft Technical Consultant || Remote – INDIA || 6 Years
Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Senior MuleSoft Technical Consultant to join our Global Delivery Center (GDC) ecosystem as a high-impact sub-contractor. In this senior-level capacity, you will not only execute hands-on development but also provide technical leadership and architectural guidance on complex, enterprise-scale integration projects. You will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into robust, scalable solutions on the Anypoint Platform, ensuring that all implementations follow industry best practices for cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
This is a project-based engagement for an expert who can lead technical teams and navigate high-pressure client environments independently.
Mandatory Certifications Candidates must possess and provide proof of the following active certifications:
● MuleSoft Certified Developer – Level 1
● MuleSoft Certified Developer – Level 2
● Preferred:
MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect or Integration Architect.
Senior Project Scope & Deliverables
As a Senior consultant, you are expected to drive outcomes from Day 1: Immediate Impact (Initial 30 Days)
● Perform a rapid technical audit of the current project state and align with MuleSoft’s implementation methodology.
● Take ownership of complex workstreams, identifying immediate technical risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
● Establish or refine development standards and governance for the project team.
● Begin delivering high-complexity integration components and architectural blueprints. Project Execution & Leadership (Full Engagement) ● Technical Advisory: Advise clients on standard methodologies for API Management, security, and performance tuning.
● Solution Design: Lead requirements-gathering workshops and produce comprehensive technical design documentation.
● Quality Oversight: Review the work of junior/mid-level consultants (internal or external) to ensure alignment with architectural standards.
● Risk Management: Proactively identify and resolve technical debt and project bottlenecks.
● Handover Excellence: Deliver clean, documented, and reusable code artifacts, ensuring a seamless transition to the client’s internal team upon contract completion.
Technical Requirements & Qualifications
● Experience: 6+ years of hands-on development experience implementing enterprise-grade integration solutions.
● MuleSoft Mastery: Deep, expert-level experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (CloudHub, RTF, API Manager, Design Center).
● Multi-Platform Background: Strong experience in at least one other major tool: IBM Integration (IIB, Data Power), Boomi, Talend (ESB), or SAP Integration (PIPO, CPI).
● Ecosystem Integration: Extensive experience connecting to SaaS/COTS solutions like Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or WorkDay.
● Advanced Technical Skills: * Expertise in Java application code (profiling, debugging, and fixing).
○ Proficiency in automated testing tools and CI/CD pipelines for MuleSoft.
○ Deep understanding of on-premises infrastructure, cloud configurations, and monitoring.
● Lifecycle Leadership: Proven track record of leading multiple technical integration project SDLCs end-to-end.
● AI Led Delivery: Aware of how to use cursor AI or any code development AI tool.
Professional Expectations
● Strategic Communication: Ability to deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders and lead technical design discussions.
● Team Orchestration: Validated ability to lead and conduct solutions within a diverse technical team (Clients, SIs, and internal teams).
● Autonomy: Capacity to work with minimal supervision while maintaining high delivery velocity.
