Mandate Domain Expertise: Banking/Financial / Fusion ERP/R2R/ Pricing & Billing/ Billing Transformation Programs/ MDM

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master/ Project Manager with 9+ years of experience in Agile project delivery and transformation programs. The ideal candidate will act as a servant leader for Agile teams, driving Scrum practices, delivery excellence, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement across complex enterprise initiatives within Banking, Finance, Oracle Fusion, or Pricing & Billing environments. The Scrum Master/PM will partner closely with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, Architects, and Development teams to ensure successful delivery of strategic business and technology programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Finance, R2R, and Billing Transformation programmes. 

• Drive Agile/Scrum execution, including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and release management. 

• Manage programme governance, risks, dependencies, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting. 

• Partner with Finance teams to transform R2R processes, including GL, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition, Billing, and Financial Reporting. 

• Lead and support Oracle Fusion ERP implementation, enhancement, and transformation initiatives. 

• Drive Master Data Management (MDM) governance across customer, product, pricing, and financial data. 

• Collaborate with business, technology, architecture, and vendor teams to ensure successful programme delivery. 

• Monitor Agile delivery metrics, remove impediments, and ensure alignment of business objectives with technology outcomes. 

• Manage cross-functional and global teams across Finance and ERP transformation workstreams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 9-12 years of overall IT experience.

• 5+ years as Scrum Master/PM leading Agile product delivery teams.

• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Agile best practices.

• Experience facilitating distributed and global teams.

• Experience in tools like Jira/ Confluence/ Azure DevOps/MS Project/ Service Now/ PowerBI

Nice to Have

• Experience in Billing Modernisation or Revenue Transformation programmes.

• Exposure to Customer Master, Product Master, Pricing Master, and Financial Master Data governance.

• Knowledge of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.

• Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, Capital Markets, Insurance, or FinTech organisations.

• Exposure to Finance Shared Services or Global Business Services transformation programmes.

• Certifications like CSM , SSM, SA, PM_ACP , PMP
