SRIK Consulting Hiring :  AI Architect || Work from Office -  Hyderabad – INDIA || 10 Years



We're building an AI-powered wellness platform (conversational AI coach, wearable integrations, gamified health journeys). We need a senior tech lead who leads AND builds — someone who can be the most senior technical voice in the room and still write code, debug prod issues, and review PRs personally.


🔧 What You'll Do:


✅ Own end-to-end technical architecture for a mobile-first (iOS/Android), cloud-native platform

✅ Personally write production code — backend APIs, data pipelines, AI/LLM integrations (this is NOT a pure management role)

✅ Lead & mentor a small distributed engineering team across India and US time zones

✅ Design and scale cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) — including GPU-based AI workloads and secure health data handling

✅ Translate product vision into sprint-level execution, balancing startup speed with production reliability

✅ Drive integrations with third-party wearables/health APIs (Apple Health, Fitbit, Oura, Garmin)

✅ Make build-vs-buy calls on AI/LLM tooling for conversational features

✅ Own code quality, git hygiene, and technical hiring as the team scales


🎯 What We're Looking For:


🔹 10-14 yrs software engineering experience, incl. 3+ yrs as tech lead/architect

🔹 Career arc: strong individual contributor (data/backend/full-stack) who grew into tech leadership — not someone who jumped straight to management

🔹 Tech stack: Python/Node/Java backend, React Native/Flutter or native mobile, AWS/Azure, REST/GraphQL APIs, data pipelines

🔹 Bonus: experience with AI/ML product integration (LLMs, personalization, recommendation systems), consumer mobile apps, or health-tech

🔹 Mindset: true self-starter — takes ownership without needing detailed direction, comfortable with startup ambiguity

🔹 Communication: strong enough to work across India-US distributed teams and translate business goals into technical execution


✨ Nice to Have:


⭐ Experience at a fast-scaling AI or health-tech startup

⭐ Exposure to wearable/health data integrations and privacy considerations (HIPAA-adjacent)

⭐ Track record of being promoted from senior IC → product/tech leadership
