Job Summary


We are looking for a Healthcare CRM Tester responsible for validating patient engagement, referral management, provider relationship management, marketing automation, and customer interaction workflows within healthcare CRM platforms.


Key Responsibilities


  • Test CRM functionalities related to: 
    • Patient Acquisition
    • Lead Management
    • Referral Management
    • Patient Communication
    • Appointment Engagement
    • Campaign Management
    • Contact Center Operations
  • Validate integrations between CRM, EMR, HIS, and third-party applications.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing.
  • Verify patient communication channels including SMS, email, WhatsApp, and portal notifications.
  • Support business stakeholders during UAT cycles.
  • Ensure data security and privacy within CRM workflows.

Required Skills

  • Experience testing CRM platforms in healthcare environments.
  • Knowledge of patient engagement and customer journey workflows.
  • API testing experience.
  • Database validation and data reconciliation knowledge.
  • Strong analytical and defect management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to Salesforce Health Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics Healthcare, Zoho CRM, or equivalent solutions.
  • Knowledge of EMR/HIS integration scenarios.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
