Job Summary


We are seeking a Healthcare QA Test Lead with extensive experience across EMR, HIS, CRM, and Healthcare Applications. The individual will lead testing strategy, quality governance, stakeholder management, and end-to-end validation of integrated healthcare ecosystems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive overall QA strategy for healthcare programs and products.
  • Lead testing across: 
    • EMR/EHR
    • HIS
    • CRM
    • Mobile & Web Applications
    • Integrations and APIs
  • Manage test planning, estimation, execution, reporting, and release readiness.
  • Lead SIT, UAT, Regression, Integration, and Production Validation activities.
  • Oversee interoperability testing involving HL7, FHIR, DICOM, and healthcare APIs.
  • Coordinate with clinical stakeholders, business users, product owners, architects, and development teams.
  • Establish test governance, quality metrics, and defect management processes.
  • Mentor and guide QA team members.
  • Drive automation adoption and testing best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, security, and privacy standards.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Healthcare Informatics, or related discipline.
