Position: OneStream Administrator
Experience: 8-10yrs
Shift Timings: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Client Interaction: Yes (Customer-facing role) – Excellent communication skills required
Working hours – 8 hours a day.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced OneStream Administrator to manage, support, and optimize the OneStream Corporate Performance Management (CPM) platform. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for OneStream administration, ensuring seamless operation of financial consolidation, reporting, workflow management, security administration, and user support activities.
The role requires strong expertise in OneStream platform administration, financial processes, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and system support.
Key Responsibilities
OneStream Administration
- Administer and maintain the OneStream application environment.
- Ensure platform stability, performance, and availability.
- Manage application configurations and system updates.
Metadata & Hierarchy Management
- Maintain metadata structures, dimensions, hierarchies, and account frameworks.
- Implement changes to organizational structures, reporting hierarchies, and financial dimensions.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across the application.
Workflow Administration
- Configure and maintain workflows to support financial close and reporting processes.
- Monitor workflow execution and resolve workflow-related issues.
- Ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end activities.
Financial Consolidation & Data Management
- Support financial consolidation processes within OneStream.
- Manage data integration, data validation, and data load activities.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
User & System Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for OneStream application support.
- Provide functional and technical support to business users.
- Deliver user guidance, documentation, and training on OneStream best practices.
Security Administration
- Manage user access, security groups, roles, and permissions.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and security policies.
- Perform periodic access reviews and audits.
Reporting & Analytics
- Support financial and management reporting requirements.
- Assist users with dashboard, report, and analytics-related issues.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting capabilities.
Business Rules Support
- Support and maintain business rules within the OneStream environment.
- Assist in troubleshooting calculations, consolidations, and business logic execution.
- Coordinate with development teams for enhancements when required.
Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis
- Investigate and resolve issues related to:
- Data Loads
- Workflow Execution
- Financial Consolidations
- Reporting
- Security Access
- System Performance
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to resolve critical issues effectively.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–10 years of overall IT/Finance systems experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with OneStream Administration and Support.

- Experience supporting Finance, FP&A, or Corporate Performance Management functions.
- Understanding of financial consolidation, close, and reporting processes.
- Exposure to system integrations and data management solutions.
- Prior experience in a global enterprise environment is preferred.
