Job Title: Java Full Stack + AWS Lead

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack + AWS Lead to design, develop, and lead the delivery of scalable cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java Full Stack development, AWS cloud services, Microservices architecture, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

·       Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade Java applications.

·       Develop scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.

·       Build responsive frontend applications using Angular or React.

·       Design and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS.

·       Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Business teams for end-to-end delivery.

·       Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and ensure coding best practices.

·       Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.

·       Drive CI/CD implementation and DevOps practices.

Mandatory Skills

·       10+ years of Java Full Stack development experience.

·       Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate/JPA.

·       Hands-on experience with Microservices and REST APIs.

·       Experience with Angular or React.

·       Strong AWS experience (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, CloudWatch, IAM).

·       Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, Maven, and CI/CD pipelines.

·       Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

·       Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Good to Have

·       Kafka or RabbitMQ experience.

·       Terraform or CloudFormation.

·       Agile/Scrum methodology.

·       Experience with serverless and event-driven architectures.
