Position: Workday Finance Techno-Functional Consultant / Solution Architect

Experience: 12+ Years

Workday Finance Implementation Experience: 5+ Years

Client Interaction: Yes (Customer-facing role) – Excellent communication skills required

Shift Timings: 6;30pm – 3;30am IST

Working hours – 4 hours a day.

 

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Workday Finance Techno-Functional Consultant / Solution Architect with strong implementation expertise. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing Workday Finance modules and managing the assessment and design phases of implementation. This role requires a strong blend of functional knowledge, technical expertise, and strong stakeholder communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and contribute to full-cycle Workday Finance implementations
  • Manage assessment and solution design phases of implementation
  • Configure and implement Workday Finance modules based on business requirements
  • Design and manage Workday integrations
  • Address and design reporting requirements using multiple Workday reporting tools
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose optimal solutions
  • Provide techno-functional leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle

Skills Required:

  • Strong expertise in Workday Finance modules
  • Good understanding of Workday integrations
  • Experience in reporting design and configuration
  • Strong solutioning and architecture capabilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
