Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ Consultant with 5+ years of experience in Salesforce and CPQ implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) processes, product configuration, pricing models, quote generation, and Salesforce platform customization. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to design, implement, and support scalable CPQ solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions based on business requirements. 

• Configure products, bundles, pricing rules, discount schedules, quote templates, and approval processes. 

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. 

• Customize Salesforce CPQ using declarative tools and Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, or LWC where required. 

• Develop and maintain product catalogs, pricing structures, and subscription models. 

• Configure advanced CPQ features such as guided selling, product rules, quote calculations, and renewals/amendments. 

• Integrate Salesforce CPQ with ERP, billing, and third-party applications. 

• Perform system testing, UAT support, deployment, and post-production support. 

• Troubleshoot CPQ-related issues and provide timely resolutions. 

• Create technical documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer documents. 

• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product Management, and IT teams to improve quote-to-cash processes. 

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience. 

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ configuration and administration. 

• Experience with Product Rules, Price Rules, Discount Schedules, Twin Fields, and Quote Templates. 

• Expertise in Subscription Management, Contracting, Renewals, and Amendments. 

• Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. 

• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience. 

• Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes. 

• Experience with Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, Reports, and Dashboards. 

• Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, LWC, and integrations. 

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. 

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Billing. 

• Knowledge of Revenue Cloud and advanced pricing models. 

• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware integrations. 

• Agile/Scrum project experience. 

• Exposure to Manufacturing, Telecom, SaaS, or Technology domains. 

Certifications (Preferred)

• Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist 

• Salesforce Certified Administrator 

• Salesforce Platform App Builder 

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
