**Role:** OPAL – Community Development Functional Consultant

**Experience:** 8–15 Years

**Location:** PAN India

**Notice Period:** Immediate to 30 Days Preferred

 

### Key Responsibilities

 

* Lead implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Permitting & Licensing (OPAL) modules.

* Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

* Configure permit/license intake forms, workflows, business rules, and automation processes.

* Design and develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

* Build end-to-end permitting and licensing workflows covering application submission, reviews, inspections, approvals, fee assessment, and permit issuance.

* Configure Decision Models in Oracle Process Automation (OPA)/OIC for fee calculations and business process automation.

* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

 

### Mandatory Skills

 

* Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Permitting & Licensing (OPAL).

* Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

* Experience with Oracle Process Automation (OPA) and workflow automation.

* Strong knowledge of permitting and licensing business processes.

* Experience in decision models, business rules, and fee calculation automation.

* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
