Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced .NET Architect to design, develop, and oversee enterprise-scale applications and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms, microservices architecture, and modern software development practices. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and project managers to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement enterprise-level solutions using .NET Core/.NET 8, C#, and ASP.NET Core. 
  • Define application architecture, coding standards, and best practices. 
  • Develop and maintain microservices-based and distributed systems. 
  • Architect cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure. 
  • Lead technical discussions and mentor development teams. 
  • Ensure application scalability, performance, security, and reliability. 
  • Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. 
  • Review code, conduct architecture assessments, and provide technical guidance. 
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. 
  • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and tools. 

Required Skills

 

Technical Skills

  • Strong experience with C#, .NET Core/.NET 6/7/8, ASP.NET Core.
  • Expertise in Microservices Architecture, REST APIs, and Event-Driven Architecture. 
  • Experience with Azure Services (App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Azure SQL, Key Vault, Storage Accounts). 
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization technologies. 
  • Proficiency in SQL Server, database design, and optimization. 
  • Experience with Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and ORM frameworks. 
  • Knowledge of messaging systems such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus. 
  • Familiarity with Redis caching and performance tuning. 
  • Strong understanding of authentication and security (OAuth2, JWT, Identity Server). 
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins. 
  • Knowledge of design patterns, SOLID principles, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD). 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with front-end technologies such as Angular or React. 
  • Exposure to AI/ML integrations and cloud-native architectures. 
  • Knowledge of Terraform or Infrastructure as Code (IaC). 
  • Experience in banking, fintech, retail, or enterprise domains. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 
  • 10+ years of software development experience with at least 3+ years in an architecture role. 
  • Microsoft Azure certifications are preferred. 
  • TOGAF or other architecture certifications are a plus.
