Role | Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Lead with strong expertise in .NET development, API design and development, and SSIS Integration to support ongoing application development and integration initiatives. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently, providing technical leadership, and guiding the team in delivering scalable and efficient solutions.
This role requires hands-on technical expertise along with leadership capabilities to drive development activities, support integration efforts, and mentor team members where needed.
Key Responsibilities * Lead and support application development using Microsoft .NET technologies * Design, develop, and maintain robust APIs for system integrations * Drive and oversee SSIS integration development and enhancements * Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members, especially in .NET and API-related areas * Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and propose effective solutions * Ensure best practices in coding standards, performance optimization, and application security * Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues independently * Support deployment activities and coordinate with cross-functional teams * Participate in architecture discussions and recommend scalable solution approaches
Required Skills * 7+ years of overall experience with strong Microsoft technology expertise and proven leadership in development and integration projects. * Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core preferred) * Strong experience in API development (REST APIs, Web Services, Integration Patterns) * Solid expertise in SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) * Strong SQL Server knowledge including database design and optimization * Experience in application support, maintenance, and enhancements * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Strong leadership and team mentoring capabilities * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Skills * Experience in Retail domain is an added advantage * Exposure to cloud integrations and modern architecture patterns is preferred * Experience in handling offshore-onsite coordination is a plus * Experience Required |
