Experience : 6–10+ Years


Location : Remote -- INDIA


Key Responsibilities



•     Design, develop, and maintain IBM Sterling Integrator business processes, maps, and integration workflows. 

•     Develop and support complex EDI maps using IBM Sterling Map Editor. 

•     Create and maintain BPML-based business processes. 

•     Design and support integrations involving X12, EDIFACT, XML, Flat Files, and custom formats. 

•     Configure and support communication protocols including AS2, SFTP, FTP/S, and HTTP/S. 

•     Analyze business requirements and provide integration solutions. 

•     Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes. 

•     Support partner onboarding and integration testing activities. 

•     Collaborate with business users, architects, infrastructure teams, and external partners. 

•     Participate in code reviews, deployments, and release activities. 

•     Create technical design documents, mapping specifications, and support documentation. 

•     Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership. 


Required Skills


•     6–10+ years of IBM Sterling Integrator development experience. 

•     Strong hands-on experience in IBM Sterling Mapping development. 

•     Expertise in BPML development and troubleshooting. 

•     Strong understanding of EDI standards: 

o     ANSI X12 

o     EDIFACT 

o     XML 

o     Flat Files 

o     CSV 

•     Experience with communication protocols: 

o     AS2 

o     SFTP 

o     FTP/S 

o     HTTP/S 

•     Experience with trading partner setup and B2B integrations. 

•     Strong SQL and database skills. 

•     Experience in Linux/Unix environments. 

•     Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and production support experience. 

•     Understanding of integration architecture and middleware concepts. 


Preferred Skills


•     Knowledge of web services (SOAP/REST). 

•     Experience working in Logistics, Supply Chain, Retail, or Transportation domains.
