Job description


Location: Remote -- INDIA

Time Zone: 12 PM IST to 9 PM IST

Experience : 5 to 9 Years

Work Mode : Remote -- INDIA




Job Summary:



We are looking for an experienced TIBCO EDI Integration Developer with strong hands-on expertise in designing, developing, deploying, and supporting enterprise integration solutions using TIBCO technologies. The role involves working closely with business and technical stakeholders to implement scalable EDI/API integrations aligned with enterprise standards and customer requirements.


Key Responsibilities


•     Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into integration solutions.

•     Design, develop, test, deploy, and support EDI and API integrations using TIBCO middleware technologies.

•     Develop and maintain integrations involving EDI standards such as X12/EDIFACT and communication protocols including AS2, SFTP, FTPS, HTTP/HTTPS, SOAP, and OFTP.

•     Work on enterprise integration patterns, SOA principles, and middleware best practices.

•     Perform SIT/UAT support, defect analysis, troubleshooting, and production support activities.

•     Collaborate with architects, business analysts, infrastructure teams, and external partners for end-to-end integration delivery.

•     Ensure solution quality through proper documentation, code reviews, testing, and deployment standards.

•     Support CI/CD and release management activities using tools such as Jenkins, Maven, Git/Subversion, Nexus, and SoapUI.

•     Participate in performance tuning, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.



Required Skills & Experience


•     5–9 years of hands-on experience in integration development and support.

•     Strong experience in TIBCO technologies such as TIBCO BW5/BW6/BWCE, EMS, and related integration components.

•     Good experience in EDI integrations and B2B communication frameworks.

•     Strong understanding of EDI standards such as X12 and EDIFACT.

•     Experience working with protocols including AS2, FTP/SFTP, FTPS, HTTP/HTTPS, SOAP, and OFTP.

•     Good understanding of Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) and SOA concepts.

•     Hands-on experience with development and deployment tools such as Git/Subversion, Jenkins, Nexus, ANT, Maven, and SoapUI.

•     Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

•     Experience in implementation, deployment, and production support environments.

•     Ability to work in a fast-paced global delivery model and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.



Education


•     Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Logistics Management, or related field.

•     Equivalent professional experience may also be considered.


Preferred


•     Experience working in logistics, supply chain, or large enterprise integration environments.

•     Exposure to API-led integrations and cloud integration platforms.

•     Experience working in large IT services organizations or global consulting environments.

•     Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices is an added advantage.

•     Nice to have : IBM SI map editor
