Location : Remote -- INDIA

Experience : 6 to 10 + Years

Job Title: TIBCO Developer 


Job Summary


We are seeking a skilled Integration Developer with hands-on experience in TIBCO, Camunda, and WSO2 to work on integration projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in integration technologies along with domain knowledge in logistics and EDI standards to minimize ramp-up time.



Key Responsibilities


Integration Development & Implementation


  • Design and develop integration solutions based on business requirements and functional mappings
  • Implement new integration flows using TIBCO BW5, Camunda, and WSO2
  • Perform mapping, coding, and unit testing for integrations
  • Work on integration patterns such as: 
    • File-to-API integrations
    • API-to-File integrations
    • API publishing and consumption


Testing & Deployment


  • Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT)
  • Deploy solutions to UAT and support user acceptance testing
  • Prepare for production releases and manage deployments
  • Provide post-production support including hypercare and Level 4 support

Technical Skills (Mandatory)



Integration Platforms


  • TIBCO BW5 (strong experience in multiple integration patterns)
  • Camunda BPM
  • WSO2 API Management / Integration

Technologies & Protocols


  • XML, XSD, JSON
  • REST APIs and Web Services
  • Messaging systems (JMS / EMS)


SDLC & Operations


  • Version control using Git
  • CI/CD pipelines and automation
  • Build and deployment processes
  • Environment configuration and release management
  • Logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting production issues


Functional Requirements


  • Proven experience in logistics systems or client integrations
  • Strong understanding of EDI concepts, standards, and integrations
  • Ability to quickly understand business workflows and translate them into integration solutions


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience working in large-scale enterprise integration environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Good communication skills for cross-team collaboration


Experience Required

  • 6-10 years in integration development
