Job Title

Staff AI Engineer – Agentic AI & ML (Lead)

About the Role

We are hiring a Staff AI Engineer to build and scale agentic AI systems — autonomous solutions capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks. The selected candidate will drive AI architecture across LLMs, machine learning models, and production-grade infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and orchestrate multi-agent AI systems

• Design LLM pipelines using LangChain, LangGraph, and CrewAI

• Develop and optimize RAG pipelines

• Implement tool integrations with APIs, databases, and services

• Define agent memory and context handling mechanisms

• Build and deploy ML models for classification, ranking, and anomaly detection

• Establish MLOps pipelines including tracking, monitoring, and versioning

• Fine-tune and optimize models using LoRA and quantization

• Mentor engineering teams and lead architectural decisions

Required Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in software engineering, including 4+ years in AI/ML

• Strong expertise in LLMs, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning

• Proven experience with agentic/autonomous AI systems

• Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, and CrewAI

• Experience with vector databases and RAG architectures

• Strong knowledge of APIs, distributed systems, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

Core ML Skills

• Supervised and unsupervised learning

• PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, and XGBoost

• NLP, transformers, and embeddings

• Model evaluation techniques (F1, AUC) and feature engineering

• Scalable data processing using Spark or Dask

Preferred Skills

• Experience with observability tools such as LangSmith and Weights & Biases

• Knowledge of knowledge graphs, reinforcement learning (RLHF, PPO), and multimodal AI

• Open-source contributions or research background

Tech Stack

Languages: Python, TypeScript

AI/ML: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face

LLMs: OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Llama, Mistral

Data: Pinecone, Weaviate, Vector DBs, Elasticsearch

MLOps: MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow

Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP, Terraform
