Job Title: Salesforce Shield Consultant
Experience: 3+ Years
Work Mode: Remote -- INDIA
Preferred Shift Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM

 

 

Job Summary:

 

 

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Shield Consultant to design, implement, and manage advanced security and compliance solutions within the Salesforce platform.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Salesforce Shield components, including Platform Encryption, Event Monitoring, and Field Audit Trail
  • Assess security and compliance requirements and recommend appropriate Salesforce security controls
  • Configure encryption policies for sensitive data fields and files
  • Set up and analyze Event Monitoring logs to identify unusual or unauthorized activities
  • Implement Field Audit Trail to retain historical data changes for compliance purposes
  • Classify and manage sensitive data using Salesforce Data Classification
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, and other regulatory standards
  • Develop security best practices, governance policies, and documentation
  • Conduct security reviews and recommend enhancements to the Salesforce environment
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for Shield-related issues

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Salesforce administration or development experience
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Shield components
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and role hierarchy
  • Knowledge of data privacy and compliance standards
  • Experience with audit logging, encryption, and security monitoring
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Security & Privacy Accredited Professional preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in regulated industries such as insurance, healthcare, banking, or financial services
  • Familiarity with security and identity management integrations (SSO, MFA, OAuth)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
