Job Description

manage user onboarding/offboarding for internal users and Connect users (manage user onboarding/offboarding for internal users and Connect users (agent distributors) across the Salesforce ecosystem. The role includes day-to-day break/fix support such as field visibility, layouts, permissions, and access requests. The candidate should have strong Salesforce Administration experience, including profiles, permission sets, salesforce flows, reports, and Lightning configuration. Experience handling production support, troubleshooting, and enhancement delivery is required. The role requires collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams in an Agile environment. 

Onsite & Offshore resource should be a complimenting each other with a mix of certifications covering all the mentioned below:

1. 3- 5 years of experience in Salesforce Platform Administration & development ( Sales, Service Cloud)
2. Knowledge or experience in Experience, Commerce, Manufacturing clouds
3. Certification (Must Have): 
           a. Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator  
           b. Salesforce Certified Developer 

           c. Salesforce Core Clouds

           d. Salesforce Commerce & Experience Clouds
4. Certification (Good to Have)
           a. Salesforce certified  Manufacturing Cloud /Field Service consultant
           b. Salesforce certified B2B Administrator or Developer
            c. Salesforce CPQ / Order management certification
