  • Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Functional – Accounts Payable (AP) consultant with strong expertise in the Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) cycle. The role involves requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, implementation, and support of Oracle Fusion AP while working closely with business and technical stakeholders.


  • Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Accounts Payable (AP) module
  • Handle end‑to‑end Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) processes including supplier setup, invoice processing, and payments
  • Configure AP processes such as:
  • PO & Non‑PO invoices
  • Invoice matching (2‑way / 3‑way)
  • Holds, tolerances, approvals, and prepayments
  • Manage payment processing, payment templates, bank setups, and reconciliations
  • Perform AP period close, reconciliations, and audit support
  • Conduct business requirement gathering, fit‑gap analysis, and functional design documentation
  • Work closely with GL, Procurement, Expenses, Cash Management, and Tax teams for integrations
  • Support UAT, SIT, cutover activities, and post‑go‑live support
  • Create functional documents (BR100, FBD/FDD, test cases, user manuals)
  • Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong hands‑on experience in Oracle Fusion Financials – Accounts Payable
  • Excellent understanding of P2P lifecycle and AP business processes
  • Experience with invoice validation, payment processing, and reconciliation
  • Knowledge of taxation concepts such as TDS, VAT, and withholding tax
  • Exposure to OTBI / BI Publisher reports for AP
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle Fusion Financials implementation experience (at least one end‑to‑end lifecycle preferred)
  • Oracle Fusion AP Certification
  • Experience with third‑party integrations (Ariba, Concur, banking interfaces)
  • Experience in global / multi‑entity setups
