The Opportunity
Our client — a global enterprise undergoing a major organisational separation — is modernising its P&O technology landscape across Payroll, Time & Absence, Benefits, Learning, and Core HR systems integrated with Workday.
This is a hands-on technical engineering role focused on Time & Attendance and Payroll transformation. You will be responsible for integrations, architecture designs, technical blueprints, and implementation delivery across ADP Workforce Now and Workday ecosystems — starting with a Poland deployment, with France to follow.
If you have deep ADP Workforce Now experience and enjoy the technical side of T&A implementations — integrations, SSO, troubleshooting, blueprinting — this role is built for you.
What You Will Do
• Design, implement and support technical solutions across ADP Workforce Now, Time & Absence, Payroll and Workday ecosystems
• Develop technical blueprints, integration designs and target-state architectures for Time & Attendance and Payroll solutions
• Build and support integrations between Workday, ADP Workforce Now, Payroll platforms and third-party applications
• Configure and support SSO, IAM, SMTP and MS Teams integrations across enterprise HR and T&A platforms
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical integration designs and architecture docs
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues across T&A and Payroll systems — root cause analysis, hands-on resolution
• Support GDPR, application security, access controls and data privacy compliance requirements
• Produce and maintain architecture diagrams, solution blueprints, integration documentation and technical specs
• Collaborate with architecture teams, vendors, implementation partners and business stakeholders through delivery
• Support Poland T&A implementation, then transition to France implementation as next phase

The Ideal Candidate
You have spent a meaningful part of your career inside Time & Attendance and Payroll platforms — ideally ADP Workforce Now. You know how to build integrations, debug broken data flows, write a technical blueprint that a developer can actually work from, and configure SSO without needing to be told twice. You are comfortable working across global teams and delivering in a fast-moving transformation environment.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in HCM Technology, Solution Engineering or enterprise T&A / Payroll systems
• Direct, hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now or a strong equivalent enterprise T&A platform
• You have built integrations — not just described them — including API design, middleware configuration, and ETL
• You can write technical blueprints and architecture docs that others can act on
• You are comfortable troubleshooting live integration issues under pressure
• You can explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical HR or business stakeholders
• You are available to start in June 2026 and commit through end of year, with extensions likely
This Role Is NOT Right For You If...
• You have no hands-on ADP Workforce Now or equivalent enterprise T&A platform experience
• You are a pure Workday functional consultant with no integration or technical background
• You prefer advisory or strategic roles — this is hands-on delivery from day one
• You have no experience with APIs, middleware or integration design
• You are not comfortable working independently across a complex global programme
