SRIK Consulting Hiring :  Workato Senior Developer || Remote  -- India || 4 to 6 Years



Role Summary



Design and build integrations using Workato recipes, ensuring reliability, performance, and maintainability.



Key Responsibilities


• Develop Workato recipes, workflows, and automations 

• Build and consume REST/SOAP APIs 

• Implement data mapping & transformations 

• Configure triggers, actions, and custom connectors 

• Handle error handling, logging, and monitoring 

• Perform unit testing & integration testing 

• Support deployments and production issues 

• Collaborate with architects/leads on design 

Required Skills


• 4–6+ years integration experience, 3+ years in Workato 

• Knowledge of TIBCO Business Works 6

• Strong hands-on with: 

o Recipe development 

o API integrations 

o JSON/XML handling 

• Experience with: 

o Webhooks 

o Pagination, batching, rate limits 

• Debugging & troubleshooting skills 

Nice to Have


• SQL knowledge 

• Experience with SaaS apps (Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.) 


Deliverables / KPIs


• High-quality recipes with low failure rates 

• Timely delivery of integrations 

• Optimized workflows (performance & cost) 

• Clean, maintainable implementations
