SRIK Consulting Hiring :  Workato Lead  || Remote  -- India || 8 to 10 Years



Role Summary


Lead the design, governance, and delivery of enterprise integrations using the Workato platform. Own architecture, standards, and team execution.


Key Responsibilities


• Define integration architecture & patterns (event-driven, API-led, iPaaS) 

• Lead end-to-end Workato implementation & delivery 

• Establish governance, security, and best practices 

• Design reusable recipes, connectors, and frameworks 

• Drive CI/CD, versioning, and environment strategy 

• Collaborate with enterprise systems (Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, etc.) 

• Handle performance tuning & scalability 

• Mentor developers and conduct code reviews 

• Stakeholder communication & solution alignment 

Required Skills


• 8–10+ years integration experience, 4+ years in Workato 

• Knowledge of TIBCO Business Works 6

• Strong in: 

o REST/SOAP APIs 

o JSON/XML transformations 

o Webhooks & event-based integrations 

• Experience with: 

o OAuth2, SAML, API security 

o Error handling & retry mechanisms 

• Knowledge of enterprise systems (ERP/CRM) 

• Familiarity with DevOps (Git, CI/CD pipelines) 


Nice to Have


• Experience with other iPaaS tools (MuleSoft, Boomi) 

• Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) 

• Data integration / ETL exposure

• Scalable integration architecture 

• Reusable assets & frameworks 

• SLA adherence & system reliability 

• Reduced integration latency & failures
