Key Responsibilities: 



They should understand the requirement and design the best possible solution 

Solution should be scalable and align with out-of-the-box (OOTB) functionality or require minimal customisation 

Should be able to quickly provide solutions 

Should be able to say whether something is feasible or not in ServiceNow 

Should have in-depth knowledge and experience in ITSM & CSM 

SOMT should have the knowledge to handle it.
