Job Title: Oracle Technical Developer – Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

Experience: 8–12 Years

Location: Bengaluru / Hybrid

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

• The Oracle Technical Developer (OIC) is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and internal/external systems using Oracle Integration Cloud and related Oracle PaaS technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

• Build app driven orchestrations, scheduled integrations, and event based integrations.

• Develop and consume REST and SOAP APIs for Oracle Fusion integrations.

• Implement file based integrations including FBDI and BIP extracts.

• Integrate Oracle Fusion modules (Financials, SCM, HCM) with third party and legacy systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures, performance issues, and data errors.

• Collaborate with functional consultants (AP, AR, GL) to convert business requirements into technical solutions.

• Maintain technical documentation and support deployment and release activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–12 years of Oracle technical development experience.

• Strong hands on expertise in: 

o Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

o REST / SOAP web services

o XML, JSON, XSLT

• Proven experience integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.

• Experience with BIP reports, FBDI, and Oracle PaaS components.

• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle OIC / Cloud Integration Certification.

• Experience with event driven or asynchronous integrations.

• Experience working on large enterprise ERP transformation programs.
