Oracle Fusion QA Consultant

  • Duration: 2 Years (Contract)
  • Shift: US Timings
  • Start: Immediate
  • BGV: Mandatory (UAN verification required)




Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion QA Consultant to ensure the quality and reliability of Oracle Fusion applications through comprehensive testing strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Fusion modules, test automation, and functional validation across business processes.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform end-to-end testing of Oracle Fusion applications (ERP/HCM/SCM modules) 
  • Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios
  • Conduct functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
  • Validate business processes across modules like Finance, Procurement, HCM, Supply Chain
  • Work closely with functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders 
  • Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA / HP ALM
  • Ensure data integrity and validate reports and workflows 
  • Support test automation initiatives where applicable (e.g., Selenium, TOSCA) 
  • Participate in release cycles, deployments, and production validation 




Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Applications Testing
  • Hands-on experience with modules such as: 
    • Oracle Fusion Financials 
    • Oracle Fusion HCM 
    • Oracle Fusion SCM / Procurement 
  • Good understanding of business processes and workflows
  • Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, ALM, TestRail) 
  • Knowledge of SQL for backend validation 
  • Familiarity with automation tools (Selenium, TOSCA, UFT – added advantage) 
  • Understanding of API testing (Postman, REST services) 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle Fusion certification (Finance / HCM / SCM) 
  • Experience in cloud-based testing environments
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
