SRIK Consulting Hiring :  AEM Developer || Chennai, Pune  -- Hybrid --  INDIA  || 6 + Years



Key Responsibilities:



•        Design, develop, and maintain applications using AEM (6.x / AEMaaCS)

•        Work with core AEM technologies such as OSGi, Sling, JCR, and HTL (Sightly)

•        Develop and manage AEM workflows and components

•        Integrate AEM with external systems using APIs

•        Implement dispatcher configurations, caching strategies, and deployment models

•        Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, backend developers, and stakeholders

•        Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently


Required Skills & Qualifications:



•        6+ years of hands-on experience in AEM development

•        Strong experience with OSGi, Sling, JCR, HTL (Sightly), and AEM Workflows

•        Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

•        Familiarity with modern frameworks like React or Angular

•        Experience in integrating AEM with external systems via APIs

•        Understanding of Dispatcher, caching mechanisms, and deployment processes

•        Strong problem-solving and communication skills



Preferred Qualifications:


•        Certification in AEM Developer or AEM Sites

•        Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)

•        Exposure to Adobe Analytics or Adobe Target

•        Knowledge of Headless CMS and AEM Content Services
