SRIK Consulting Hiring :   ITSM Lead  || Hyderabad, Chennai, banglore, kolkatta, Mumbai, pune , Gurgaon -- India  || 3 to 8 + Years

 

 

 

senior-level ServiceNow Developer to design and implement ITSM solutions that align with business goals. Responsible for the full development lifecycle—from requirement gathering to deployment—focusing on automating IT services and enhancing user experience through modern platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Development: Design, configure, and customize core ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management, and CMDB.
Workflow Automation: Build and manage complex workflows using Flow Designer, and Business Rules.
Custom Scripting: Write clean, maintainable code using JavaScript and Glide APIs for Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes.
System Integrations: Implement and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.
Maintenance & Upgrades: Support platform upgrades, patching, and cloning across sub-production and production environments.
Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 3–8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration, specifically within the ITSM suite.

Preferred Certifications
CSA: Certified System Administrator (Mandatory).
CAD: Certified Application Developer.
CIS-ITSM: Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management.
