SRIK Consulting Hiring : AI Engineer  || Pan India || 3+ Years

JD AI engineer:

Mission
Refine the AI approach for the Funds Extractor (e.g., document parsing, classification, entity extraction), and align with group AI governance

Key responsibilities

• Translate business extraction needs into model and data requirements.
• Build and evaluate models (classical NLP & modern LLM‑assisted pipelines), define KPIs, and bias/robustness checks.
• Package models for serving on our approved stack; integrate via APIs.
• Implement MLOps practices (versioning, testing, monitoring, drift alerts) aligned with hub governance.
• Produce documentation for AID/InfoSec and support audits/compliance.

Required qualifications

• 3+ years in ML/AI engineering (Python, NLP, vector stores/embeddings).
• Experience with model serving and MLOps on cloud (GCP preferred).
• Familiarity with governance, model registers, and risk controls for AI.

Nice to have / preferred

• Retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering, evaluation harnesses.
• Databricks/Vertex AI and secure data‑pipeline patterns used in Post‑Trade IT.
