Job Description

Scope

    

        · Client migration activities moving from one TMS to another:

o   Client integration flows based on TIBCO between WMS and TMS systems

o   Client integration flows based on IBM+TIBCO between Client and TMS systems

·     Carrier migration activities moving from legacy to new Carrier integration flows:

o   Carrier integration flows based on IBM+TIBCO between WMS or TMS and Carrier systems

 

Activities - Support Migration Programs spanning

·    Support Project team and Application Business Analysts (those of WMS and TMS teams) during migration preparation, configuration, & testing. This includes:

o        Explanation/documentation of existing end-to-end integration flows and mappings (i.e. there are 2 or 3 consecutive mappings in each flows)

o        Gap analysis of new requirements and documented solution options (change description, impact analysis, effort estimates)

o        Issue/Bug investigation & resolution

·                Implementation of Change Requests, new Components and/or Fixes:

o        Configuration of existing integration flows / components to support Client and Carrier migration

o        Implementation of integration services using TIBCO BW (5/6.x), TIBCO EMS, BWCE; model transformations (XML/XSD, JSON, EDIFACT) and orchestrations.

o        Functional mappings from specifications and/or business requirements; translate source/target schemas into transformation logic aligned with logistics processes and data standards.

  • Package and deploy releases across all project phases.
  • Support Hypercare and Production incident analysis and resolution.

o        Issue investigation. Implement hotfixes/patches and preventive improvements.          

Technical Platform (mandatory)

·    TIBCO BW5

·    Integration tech: XML/XSD, JSON, REST/SOAP; messaging (JMS/EMS); Camunda;

·    SDLC & Ops: Git, CI/CD (e.g., pipelines, artifact repositories), environment configuration, packaging/deployment, logging/monitoring, troubleshooting.

Functional Background

·    Knowledge of EDI concepts, standards and integration with WMS/TMS/ERP.
