SRIK Consulting Hiring :   ServiceNow platform Developer || Hyderabad/Remote  -- India  ||  5 years


We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with a strong background in ITSM and integrations. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform scripting, process automation, and Service Portal customization, with a solid understanding of Agile delivery practices.


Key Responsibilities:


• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow modules, including ITSM.
• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes to automate and enhance business processes.
• Build and optimize workflows and flow designer flows for efficient request, incident, and service management.
• Implement and support REST/SOAP API integrations and third-party system connections.
• Configure ACLs to ensure secure, role-based access across ServiceNow applications.
• Use Update Sets to deploy application changes across environments (Dev, Test, Prod).
• Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies, participate in sprint planning, and ensure timely delivery of enhancements and features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring optimal performance and availability.


• Required Skills and Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer in an enterprise environment.
• Expertise in JavaScript, Glide scripting, Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Transform Maps/Scripts, Update Sets, and ACLs.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM, CMDB, and HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules.
• Proficient in ServiceNow Process Automation (Workflow, Flow Designer).
• Solid understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and experience with integrations.
• Working knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, UI/UX best practices).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies; experience using Jira is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
