Role Overview


We are seeking a Senior Workday Integration Developer to support enterprise integrations across Workday and SAP environments. This role will focus on new development, enhancements, maintenance, and system integrations within Finance and HCM modules.
The position requires strong hands-on experience with Workday integration tools and enterprise ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations
• Work on SAP and Workday system integrations and conversions
• Build reports and support enterprise applications
• Participate in full SDLC (analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance)
• Provide 24x7 on-call support (rotational)
• Collaborate with cross-functional enterprise teams



Required Skills

• 2+ years in Workday Integration Development
• Strong experience with:
o Workday Studio
o EIB
o Core Connectors
o Workday Extend
• Experience with REST, SOAP, JSON, XML/XSLT APIs
• Requirements gathering & process modeling
• Troubleshooting & performance tuning
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 6+ years related experience (12+ years total enterprise experience required)



Nice to Have

• Workday Integration Certification
• SAP integration experience (FIORI, ECC, HCM, etc.)
• Data conversions & ERP integrations
• Cloud integration & architecture knowledge
• Experience with Workday mobile solutions
• Knowledge of SDLC in cloud environments
• Understanding of data privacy & compliance standards
