Notice Period: Immediate to 7 days 

 

Key Skills :

Total 8+ years of relevant exp in Data Analysis and must have hands on exp in SQL Coding, Power BI, Python coding. Must have excellent communication skills.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst with 8+ years of relevant experience in data analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in SQL coding, Power BI, and Python, along with excellent communication skills to translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.

  • Develop, optimize, and maintain advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.

  • Design and build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support stakeholders across functions.

  • Use Python for data manipulation, automation, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling.

  • Work closely with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting systems.

  • Present insights and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices in analytics and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in Data Analysis or related field.

  • Strong expertise in SQL coding (query optimization, joins, indexing, performance tuning).

  • Advanced experience with Power BI (DAX, data modeling, dashboard design).

  • Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, data visualization libraries).

  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.

  • Experience working with large, complex datasets.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).

  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.

  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments.
