Skillset	Job Description:   Looking for a Senior Automatic Data Processing Integration Specialist with strong experience in integrating ADP platforms with multiple enterprise systems. The role requires deep technical expertise in payroll, HR, and financial system integrations, along with the ability to design, implement, and support scalable and secure data flows across platforms.   Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain integrations between ADP platforms and internal or third-party systems such as HRMS, ERP, Finance, and Time & Attendance systems Lead end to end ADP integration initiatives including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment Work with ADP APIs, web services, file-based integrations, and middleware tools Handle inbound and outbound data flows including employee data, payroll data, benefits, and compliance-related information Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with regulatory standards Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, data mismatches, and performance bottlenecks Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Work closely with the Integration Architect to align design standards, reusable frameworks, and security protocols. Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and support teams Prepare technical documentation and integration runbooks Support production issues and participate in release management and change control processes.   Required Skills and Qualifications 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 4 years in ADP integration Strong hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now, ADP Vantage, or similar ADP platforms Proven experience in integrating ADP with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday Expertise in REST and SOAP APIs, SFTP, XML, JSON, and flat file integrations Experience with middleware or integration platforms such as Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Informatica, or similar tools Strong understanding of payroll, HR, benefits, and time management business processes Experience in data mapping, transformation, and validation Knowledge of security standards including encryption, secure file transfer, and access control Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Experience working in large enterprise or global payroll environments Exposure to multi-country payroll integrations Knowledge of compliance standards related to payroll and employee data Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure ADP integration or payroll certifications are a plus.
