SRIK Consulting Hiring :   Power Platform Tech Lead || Remote  -- India (Hybrid) ||  8+ Years


Work Timings: 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST

Engagement: Contract (6–8 months)


 

Role Summary

 

The Power Platform Tech Lead will provide technical leadership across Power Apps, Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop), AI Builder, AI prompts, and Copilot Studio. This role owns solution design, technical governance, and delivery quality while mentoring developers and coordinating with onshore stakeholders.

 


Key Responsibilities

 

Lead architecture and design for enterprise-grade Power Platform solutions

Own end-to-end delivery across Power Apps, Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop), AI Builder, and Copilot Studio

Define standards, best practices, ALM, and security/governance models

Design AI-driven use cases using AI Builder, prompts, and Copilot Studio

Review designs, code, and automations to ensure scalability and performance

Guide developers, resolve technical blockers, and manage technical risks

Collaborate with business and onshore teams during overlap hours (US time)

Support deployment, monitoring, and post-release stabilization


 

Required Skills & Experience

 

8+ years overall experience with strong hands-on Power Platform leadership

Expert-level Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven)

Strong Power Automate experience (Cloud flows & Desktop/RPA)

Hands-on experience with AI Builder models and AI prompt engineering

Experience building copilots using Copilot Studio

Strong understanding of Dataverse, connectors, security, and ALM

Experience working in hybrid/onshore–offshore delivery models

 

Good to Have

 

Power Platform certifications

Experience with enterprise governance and compliance

Exposure to Azure integrations
