Requirement Check List

Skillset • Design, develop, test, and deploy Boomi integration processes with strong focus on UKG Kronos Pro / UKG Pro WFM modules including Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Payroll, and HR.

• Build and support inbound and outbound integrations between UKG Kronos Pro and downstream/upstream systems such as Payroll, Finance, ERP, Data Warehouses, and third-party applications.

• Modify, enhance, and optimize existing UKG-related ETL jobs, data feeds, and APIs as part of migration and modernization initiatives. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Workforce business stakeholders to define UKG-specific data mappings, transformation rules, and interface specifications.

• Develop and manage API-based integrations using UKG Kronos Pro APIs, REST/SOAP services, XML, and JSON.

• Integrate UKG Kronos Pro with multiple databases including Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL, handling large workforce data volumes efficiently.

• Monitor UKG integrations, perform error handling, reconciliation, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

• Ensure all UKG integrations comply with enterprise security, data privacy, and governance standards, including employee data protection.

• Document UKG integration designs, configurations, and operational procedures using JIRA and Confluence.

• Support Agile delivery by participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, with accountability for UKG integration deliverables

Unique Knowledge & Skill Requirement

• 5+ years of experience in integration development, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in Dell Boomi.

• Strong hands-on experience integrating UKG Kronos Pro / UKG Pro Workforce Management or HRIS platforms.

• In-depth understanding of UKG data models, workforce concepts, and payroll/time-related data flows.

• Strong expertise in API-based integrations, including UKG APIs, REST/SOAP, XML, and JSON.

• Solid understanding of ETL concepts, data transformation, and data mapping, particularly for HR and workforce data.

• Experience working with .NET components, DTSX packages, and stored procedures.

• Hands-on experience with Apigee, JIRA, and Confluence.

• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with ability to work closely with HR and Payroll stakeholders
