TIBCO Competency 

  • Practical experience with TIBCO Business Works (BW), including design, development, deployment, and maintenance of integration solutions.
  • Experience with TIBCO Administrator and TIBCO Runtime Agent (TRA) for application deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with TIBCO Enterprise Message Service (EMS) for managing queues, topics, and message flow within integration solutions.
  • Linux OS skills for maintaining TIBCO upgrade Components
  • Problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to identify and resolve integration issues efficiently.
  • Communication and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

WINDCHILL Competency

  • Proven experience working with Windchill as a developer (min 4 years). Modules in scope: PDMLink, SIM, MPMLink. Tasks in scope: configuration, customization, integrations, verification and validation.
  • High experience in Java, J2EE, JAXB, Maveen, SPRING Framework.
  • Good experience in Azure DevOps

 

Windchill main tasks:

  • Convert business needs into IT deliverables,
  • Ensure solution fulfills IT architectural landscape,
  • Discuss items in the backlog with the business,
  • Verify and validate Windchill functionality,

 

 

Windchill is a secondary competency – a general know-how is good enough.
