SRIK Consulting Hiring : Syniti ADMM Technical Developer || 5 – 9 Years || PAN | | INDIA
We are looking for an experienced Syniti ADMM Technical Developer with strong expertise in ETL development and data migration for SAP S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Syniti ADMM and a solid understanding of end-to-end data migration processes.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop ETL jobs using Syniti ADMM
- Execute end-to-end data migration activities including planning, build, test, and cutover
- Work on data extraction, transformation, validation, and load into SAP S/4HANA
- Support cutover execution and post-migration reconciliation
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams across the SDLC lifecycle
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy throughout migration phases
✅ Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with Syniti ADMM (Mandatory)
- Strong experience in ETL development and data migration projects
- Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA data structures and storage
- Experience with DMC / LTMC (Data Migration Cockpit) – Preferred
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end data migration methodology
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience on SAP S/4HANA transformation or migration programs
- Exposure to cutover planning and execution
