Technical Skills:

 

Apache Camel and Microservices

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 8 + years of professional experience in Java development and enterprise integration.

• Proven expertise in Apache Camel, Spring Boot, and open-source technologies.

• Hands-on experience with Middleware, API Management, and Enterprise Application Integration.

• Familiarity with cloud services: AWS (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Kinesis), Azure (Service Bus, CI/CD).

• Strong understanding of DevOps practices, TDD/BDD, and logging/monitoring tools (Splunk, ELK).

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in distributed teams.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java applications using Java, Spring Boot 3.x, and Apache Camel 4.4.5.

• Architect and implement enterprise integration solutions using Apache Camel, and Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIPs).

• Develop microservices and reusable integration components using Camel route templates, Kamelets, and Spring Boot.

• Work with open-source technologies such as Jbang, Open Telemetry, and Open Policy Agent to build scalable and robust solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile Scrum environments to define, design, and deliver new features.

• Implement and manage Middleware solutions, API integrations, and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.

• Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications through unit testing, load testing (JMeter), and code quality tools like SonarQube.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes), and messaging systems (ActiveMQ, Kafka, IBM MQ).

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical design discussions and code reviews.
